Bhumika Parmar is the Director and Founder of BP Legal Solicitors. Bhumika has worked for top legal firms prior to establishing BP Legal Solicitors in 2009. Bhumika has a wealth of experience and strives on determination to achieve the best outcome for her Clients.
Bhumika has over 15 years of experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Property matters.
Bhumika is a specialist in all areas of Family Law work, dealing with Divorce matters, Private children matters and high value Ancillary matters.
Bhumika has earned herself a remarkable reputation as a leading forward-thinking Solicitor in Leicester, coupled with her entrepreneurial skills and her motivation, she has expanded her firm over the past years to a reputable and dynamic firm.
Bhumika has expertise in Immigration matters and has led high media cases whereby she has appeared in the media worldwide, including in the newspapers, news and radio. She deals with Entry Clearance Applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, Student and work visa’s. Bhumika also has expertise in appeal cases and Judicial Review Proceedings.
Bhumika also deals with Litigation claims from debt collection to Civil Claims and has succeeded in cases bought in the High Court, one of her cases is now a leading precedent used by training establishments.
Priya Madhavji – Associate Solicitor
Priya joined BP Legal Solicitors in 2012 she has over 10 years’ experience working in a high street practice and she heads the Conveyancing and Commercial property department. Priya mainly deals with all aspects of property transactions, which varies from buying/selling properties, re-mortgage and Transfer of Equity, Commercial business purchases, sales and leases, Assignments and large acquisition on property portfolios. Priya also heads the Wills and Probate department and has extensive experience with Wills and complex Probate matters that involve estates abroad.
In addition, Priya also deals with Litigation matters; commencing from simple debt collection/civil claims (including Personal Injury) to high value claims in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Priya has successfully succeeded in a claim in the Court of Appeal against Balkan Airlines.
Kiran Phagura – Associate Solicitor
Kiran Phagura graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a LLB (Hons) law degree in 2008. Kiran completed her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 2009.
Kiran joined BP Legal Solicitors in 2015. Kiran specialises in personal injury dealing with all aspects of personal injury including but not limited to road traffic accidents, slips and trips, accidents at work and criminal injuries compensation. Kiran also deals with general litigation matters.
Kiran speaks fluent Punjabi.
Anjali Rayarel – Solicitor
Anjali Rayarel joined BP Legal Solicitors in 2015. Anjali quailified as a Solicitor at the firm in 2016. Anjali specialise in Personal Injury matters, RTA Claims, Accidents at Work and Holiday Claims. Anjali works closely with Kiran Phagura who is one of our Associate Solicitors.
Reema Patel – Paralegal
Reema has recently joined the firm in November 2016 as a Paralegal. She obtained her LLB (Hons) law degree from De Montfort University in 2013 and completed her Legal Practice Course at De Montfort Law School in 2014.
She currently assists the Director of the firm Bhumika Parmar with her cases.
Reema is multi-lingual and can communicate with clients in Hindi and Gujarati fluently.
Harpreet Kashb – Paralegal
Harpreet joined BP Legal Solicitors in 2016 and works as a paralegal assisting fee earners in various areas of law.
Harpreet graduated from Brunel University with a LLB (Hons) degree in 2012. She then completed her Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in 2013.
After completing her studies, Harpreet volunteered as an advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau where she gained experience on how to deal with various legal matters such as family, employment, benefits and debt. She has also gained further experience in personal injury and immigration whilst working for other local law firms.
Harpreet speaks fluent Punjabi.
Harpreet is understanding, friendly and approachable in nature. She enjoys helping clients and is driven by her strong ambition to achieve the best possible outcome for all clients.
